Wolfgang M. Schmitt is a film critic, podcaster and YouTuber. Since 2011 he has been running the ideology-critical YouTube channel "Die Filmanalyse", on which he analyses current blockbusters and also classics on a weekly basis. In addition, Schmitt has been co-host of the economics podcast "Prosperity for All" (together with Ole Nymoen) since 2019. Since 2020, Schmitt has been guiding us through the decade together with Stefan Schulz in the podcast "Die Neuen Zwanziger". In 2021, he published the book "Influencer. Die Ideologie der Werbekörper" (Influencers: The Ideology of Advertising Bodies). Schmitt also regularly lectures on films, with a focus on Hollywood.
